Something wrong - with teaching, with the campus, or with how you have been treated? Tell the college here.
Every grievance reaches the Principal's office. Choose the category that fits best and describe what happened in your own words.
You do not have to give your name
Name, email and phone are optional. Leave them blank and the grievance is still recorded and read.
The one thing to know: without a way to reach you, the college cannot ask you for more detail or tell you what it did about it.
