Employability Skills Development Program
The Employability Skills Development Program – “Career Ready” was conducted from 7th to 12th September 2026 at Megha Women’s Degree College with the objective of equipping undergraduate students with essential skills required for higher education, placements, professional environments, and future career opportunities. The program focused on bridging the gap between academic knowledge and workplace expectations through interactive sessions, practical activities, discussions, and career-oriented exercises. Mrs. Poornima and Mr. Shyam handled the sessions.
